Message Line-X. I think there's another company called Rhino-liner. Bed liners shift and wear through the paint. Along with moisture and dirt that finds its way between the liner and the bed the wear spots turn to rust spots.

When I redo my Jeep next year I plan on having the underside and bed sprayed with Line-X. I've seen that stuff first hand and it's tougher than nails.

Example: My coworker pulled his camper to my house last July with his nice new Chevy F/S P/U for the Race here in Daytona. When he detached the camper he removed the WD hitch tongue which weighed about 50lbs, had solid steel sharp corners, and was about the worst possible thing you'd want sliding around the back of your truck. He dropped thetailgate and tossed the hitch in the bed without a worry. It didn't leave a mark, nada! I questioned him on that and he said see for yourself. So I picked up the hitch and tossed it in but I made sure it hit on a nice sharp corner (with his blessing of course) and it just bounced off without leaving a mark. I was sold.

I don't know what it costs but I do know when I get my new tub for the Jeep it will go through that process. Good luck with your new truck.
